iDPC has the capability to smooth supply chains through just in time manufacture (no requirement for blend resting/quarantining) with stable DPI performance over formulation lifetime
High Dose DPI Formulations
- iDPC extends the capability of traditional carrier-based DPI formulations to deliver previously unachievable inhaled doses
- Processable formulations can incorporate up to 90% w/w API and can utilise jet-milled API
- No requirement to alter the physical/chemical state e.g for spray drying or porous particles
- iDPC formulations utilise GRAS excipients
- Controlled dose, controlled fine particle fraction (FPF) and controlled stability profile

Traditional and Fixed Dose Combination
- iDPC extends the capability of traditional carrier-based DPI formulations to tailor the dosing performance of FDC products
- Formulation of Double and Triple Combination products by Design
- Designed experiments to define optimum processing conditions at benchtop scale (typically <1 -5g blends) without the need for pre-conditioning of materials or requirements for additives, e.g. force control agents
- Optimum blends scaled at kilogram batch size from defined Control Space identified at low scale manufacturing
- Reproducible controlled manufacture of multiple batches at higher scale
